1. Do we offer weekend rentals?
Yes, we offer a Friday to Monday rental on all of our equipment. With 8 hours of run time on the machine, the total charge would be the one-day rate. Any time over 8 hours would be prorated at the hourly rate.
2. Do you deliver equipment?
Yes, we have the ability at both our locations to deliver and pickup equipment for an additional fee. This fee is based on the proximity of the jobsite from the rental location.
3. Do I fuel the equipment back up before I return it?
Yes, the equipment will be provided to you full of fuel and it is due back full of fuel or an additional charge will be added for refueling it.
4. Do you offer tents, tables, or chairs?
At this time, we do not offer tents however we can re-rent a tent from one of our trusted tent suppliers and take care of the rental details for you. We do offer tables, chairs, inflatables, and misc. party equipment such as snow machines, popcorn machines, cotton candy, and sno-cones.
5. What happens if I have an issue with your equipment during the weekend or after hours and you are not open?
We do have on-call attendants during the week and on the weekend. On weekend rentals you are renting for the use of the equipment on Saturday as the daily rate. Unless it is an extreme emergency we do not perform service calls on Sunday.
6. Do you offer insurance?
In short no we do not offer insurance however it is important to understand no equipment rental company in truth offers insurance. They offer a program called assurance which greatly differs from traditional insurance. Assurance is a percentage fee placed on the rental of the equipment that says if by an act of God, theft, or circumstance outside of the control of the renter the equipment is damaged, lost, or stolen the maximum out of pocket expenditure for the rental is capped at a predetermined amount. This program does not cover damage occurred from misuse, abuse, or otherwise neglect on the renter’s part. And for that, there is no cap on the damage costs that can be assessed and the percentage fee for the assurance is nonrefundable.
7. Can you move my personally owned equipment from job site to job site?
Yes, up to the maximum allowed of our truck we can move your personally owned equipment between jobsites. The fee is based on mileage, and the availability of the truck is based on the rental department’s schedule of deliveries and pickups.
8. Do you rent trailers for customer pickup of your equipment?
Yes, we offer utility trailers and heavy equipment trailers. We have standards of what size vehicle we allow to pull certain types of equipment and this is based on the GVWR from the factory of your vehicle.
